Sonic Adventure Unveiling Anniversary

So today 10 Years ago was the unveiling of Sonic Adventure here i will tell you exactly what it was like to be there on that day so lets get started!

On Saturday, August 22, 1998 the production presentation of Sega's new game and console Dreamcast's Sonic Adventure was taking place twice! In the morning and in the afternoon.

You could hardly see the door.

     

When you got into the Tokyo International forum you could see a goods shop where they had toys and stuff like that. After waiting around they let the public in.

When you got into the event hall a voice was saying "Please refrain from taking videos and photos" But people didn't listen LOL

 

After some Dreamcast Tech demo's where played the house lights where dimmed and a huge sonic banner was put up with some Rock Music played 

There where three sheets that are overlapped and all are dropped down

          

                  Mr. Yuji Naka appeared from the white smoke!!

                    

He then gave a speech about sonic and his future then he showed off some gameplay of Sonic Adventure running on Dreamcast's on stage!

Then, suddenly Segata Sanshiro Appeared and made everyone chant SONIC so it could be put in game

The theme song of SONIC Adventure was performed live. A speedy game screen was played on the back screen.

When the show was over, the words "See you again at the Tokyo Game Show on October 10th and 11th! appeared on the screen along with the new SONIC.
